Don't drink out of plastic water bottles • Get a water filter at home (reverse osmosis) • Avoid heating plastic • Don't drink out of to-go coffee cup • Don't eat things out of single-use plastic containers • Use condiments in glass
Limit handling of receipts • Limit how often you drink out of cans • Limit consumption of canned soup
so I guess so it sounds to me like um not drinking out of cans not drinking out of plastic bottles it's going to be not microwaving plastic ever and in general just avoiding avoiding plastic intake if you can afford it
reducing fluid intake from plastic vessels is going to be number one.
Solution? Drink your liquids out of glass or stainless steel bottles or cups... Same for food storage...
