So I'm now going to imagine that one of the reasons why we have less energy in quotes. Uh >> we feel less energy. As we age is because of inflammation in the body. um calling more energy to be allocated to those cells that are in the inflamed area and they're consuming more energy. So by reducing inflammation, you have more energy to allocate to other things.
