Lowering ApoB in primary prevention populations may not improve all-cause mortality.

“But in primary prevention populations, at least in terms of the literature, lowering the apo beat really it it doesn't necessarily improve all cause mortality. So to say that we should all be fearing April B is to me a little bit premature. And I think a lot of those longevity conversations around April B go even further and recommend that we just we actually lower our April B and neonatal levels which to me is just ludicrous. And I think you know it's going to have attendant problems down the road that no one is really thinking about.”
