there's some simple movements that one can do if done in the proper direction and in the proper way that can allow you to push that bulged that herni disc back under or I should say closer to the spinal cord okay moving it from the kind of bulging out from between the vertebrae to closer again toward the center point of the spine by doing that one can take pressure off of the nerve roots that are traveling out to the muscles and in from the skin and other sensory information coming into the spinal cord and allow yourself relief from back pain
