And now that we understand that all parts of the body, and essentially all diseases of old age, are due to this same underlying process, we can find ways to halt, certainly slow down, halt and reverse this process, not just in one part of the body, but in all tissues and organs, so that we can stay young, not just with our cardiovascular system, but our brains as well.
