So when we think about returning to our goals, which is often the hard thing. So you do it on a Monday, and you have that same goal on a Tuesday, and then on a Wednesday, and on Thursday, and by Thursday you're kind of like, oh, my God, it was so hard the first few days. Do I really want to go back and do the same workout on a Thursday? What's really helpful here to avoid some of that aversion is to be mindful of the way in which our minds process memories.
