what we have when we take a look at these two arms is taking a look on the right to the change in serum saturated fatty acids we can see in the carb restricted diet you know significant decrease versus the low-fat diet so again in the much higher saturated fatty acid arm we see a significant decrease down okay whereas we do see a drop in the saturated fatty uh low saturated fatty acid intake group but not nearly as much as we see with the carbohydrate restricted group
