food pyramid fare plenty of healthy whole grains I was a big bread like her and I would have plenty potatoes low potatoes because they're kind of addictive also rice when I had meals I'd have large amounts of rice soaked in the juices and the gravy so I had a lot of that kind of supposedly healthy complex carbohydrates and the bread we bought was whole-grain bread bread as well like we wouldn't really buy the white Wonder bread
