two weeks into this I just felt so good I had so much energy I'm like I'm I'm ready to go and so two weeks after I started this really just dropping vegetables and eating more meat I went out to the practice to training with the The Sea Wolves and the sarens and they've been training for months I'd been away and I hadn't really played a full season in three years but I was able to go you know full speed dead Sprint the whole time even though I was very out of shape and I was able to keep up with everybody even though they were in much better shape than I was purely because of uh my diet and that's the only thing I can I can credit it to
