my farmer grandparents raised a lot of livestock pigs and cattle as well and had their own animals slaughtered for them and then took that you know that meat back and put it in their freezers and basically lived out of their garden and their own livestock and you know they ate a combination of low glycemic plants from their from the garden and a lot of healthy grass-fed pastors had livestock and they all live to their mid to late 90s
