oh oh absolutely no I've never been processed food sort of person my mom cooked every meal that we had as kids and cereal you know that sort of thing we'd have but other than that we we had we had cooked meals um and my mom is an amazing cook and we all learned how to cook from her and so when I moved out I was I was always cooking my own meals I didn't I never got readymade meal I mean occasionally you grab something out of convenience but predominantly the vast majority of what I ate was was Whole Foods and so I was eating I would get you know chicken or beef and I never really did much pork but out of preference but you know then I'd make a salad you know with uh you know mixed greens or lettuce or spinach and spinach was supposed to be really great so I I made a lot of spinach salads and um I was never really big into carbs like bread and things like that but every now and then i' i'd have a bit of pasta mostly what I was doing was was uh just meat and meat and veg that was pretty much it
