I did want to bring up one study I don't know if you came across this in your research but it was it was quite interesting to me because the study was about meat eaters and it compared the diets of meat eaters the people with reduced meat intake and then no indicate cetera and the crazy thing about this particular paper was that it showed that at least in the population that were you know self-describing their diets the people who were in the highest quanti love of meat consumption were also in the highest quintile of every consumption they were also eating the most fat the most carbohydrates etc of every group and so they were just simply over consumers
