we're talking about there are certain plant foods that are known to be harmful and disease-causing like white rice and cream and and salt for example and we know that they're different types of strokes and different types so in other words when you're switching one food from another it may be true that substituting meat and taking out white rice or even white potato or white bread you might have some benefits because the glycemic effect of those plant foods may be even more pro-inflammatory or worse than meat
