I think the most interesting thing is I feel good. Um I feel so much better. You know, you hear these phrases like forest bathing or things like that. I feel so much better after that than I do after like the same amount of time looking at my screen or something like that. It's like a completely different state. Um, I I think that it almost feels like it taps into something deeply biological where you're like, "Oh, we are in fact animals, you know, like we were we were intended to live out in the forest and uh so yeah, it that state that you're describing to me feels how I feel when I hike."
