So this is going to be getting deep sleep of sufficient duration 80 plus percent of the time. I mean, if you could get a hundred percent of the time, that'd be great but very few people accomplish that. It's going to be proper hydration. It's going to be proper social interactions. It's going to be proper nutrition. And we'll talk more about nutrition in a moment. It's going to be limiting excessive, prolonged stressors or stress.
