if you do this rolling or on your some soft tissue work self massage you are training your brain to know what comes next
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Kelly was a big fan of decompression/massage before bed to promote relaxation and get into that parasympathetic state!
We like to do the soft tissue work in the evening, for example. So number one, you we're already sitting on the ground. But if we do engage in 10 minutes of soft tissue work, we found that that had a huge parasympathetic input like a massage. You no one gets up off the massage table and like let's fight. Just doesn't happen, right? But a little bit of self massage, you're signaling to the brain it's safe. You're relaxing.
