If you have to get up and use the restroom, do that first. But keep your eyes closed and move your eyes slowly from side to side. This is not um uh EMDR. Uh but move your eyes from side to side. Then move them up with your eyelids still closed down. Roll them left or counterclockwise. Roll them right clockwise. And then try and cross them a little bit like stare at the bridge of your nose and exhale.
