I will elevate my legs before I sleep so I lay in bed shirtless with a grounding mat on the bed and when I talk to Clint Ober about this apparently you can use a grounding mat underneath a cotton fitted sheet so I don't have to lie directly on the grounded mat but I'm laying in the bed with the grounding mat organic cotton sheet shirtless on my back and my feet are elevated against the wall and I kind of move my toes around and stretch a little bit and I'll lay there for about 10 or 15 minutes with my feet elevated relaxing meditating breathing listening to an audiobook whatever not looking at my phone in blue lights
