Typically, the supplements for melatonin that I see in the pharmacy and elsewhere online range anywhere from one milligram to 12, or even 20 milligrams. My guess is that a normal night's release of melatonin typical for somebody in their 20s, 30s, 40s would be far lower than that, am I correct or wrong? - Yeah, it's many magnitudes lower.
