we're trying to understand what's going on in us you know when we wake up in the morning how do we feel about ourselves how do we feel about life are we lowgrade afraid right do we feel on the back foot you know there's so much of this going on in us and then that impacts our selft talk which is why we may not have biomarkers but we can look inside so to speak by asking the right questions like what do you say to yourself when you're alone right what kind of phrases or mantras seem to repeat over and over um do you criticize yourself do you have a shadow voice within you that is that is oppressive or that is regretful or that is ashamed right
