But I think the person also needs to, take ownership, right? Of their own therapy and say, if I don't feel helped enough, well, I have to think about that, right? And talk to the therapist about that, 'cause it, maybe that therapist isn't a match, right? Or maybe you talk to the therapist and the therapist can change his or her approach, right? Or maybe you talk to the therapist and increase the frequency, right?
But I think the person also needs to, you know, take ownership, right, of their own therapy and if I don't feel helped enough, well, I have to think about that, right? And and talk to the therapist about that because maybe maybe that therapist isn't a match.
