And now all of a sudden the situation is flipped. Now you're trying to do it rather than trying not to do it. You know, rather than trying to motivate yourself to stick to it, you're just saying this is part of who I am. You know, like I get up and I go for a run because I'm a runner, not because I have a half marathon in three months. I'm I'm doing it because I like being this kind of person.
