In fact, it's so important that I feel like this is as important as people knowing that walking involves flexors and extensors. And if you don't think that's important, it's as important as walking, frankly, because the vagus is the way in which you can govern the brain body connection. And in which you can steer various aspects of your mood and wellbeing, but most people just don't understand how to use it.
