you don't have emotions in your body your body doesn't keep the score you know yeah great book title because it's super catchy but with all due respect to I think the important work of Vander I think think it oversimplified and led people to believe that their back pain was trauma and that all trauma is semat of size and it's not no it's not but I I would go further and say like first of all your body does keep the score your brain keeps the score your body is the scorecard that's super important and he has done really important work but his explanations for why things work is scientifically incorrect it just is because we don't feel things in our bodies we everything we feel we feel in our brains
