So I see myself in the present because of course goals are good, and that's true as long as we're still living our lives in the present because otherwise goals just become fantasies or things we want to possess. So if I'm aware of the state of physical health I'm in right now, and I'm aware of the state of physical health I want to be in, and I know there's a bunch of pathways I could take to get there, but I have to think about it, figure it out, do those things, and then I'm going to navigate myself there.
