If you've stopped that and finally said, my wellbeing is important enough that I'm finally get to say no to some of the stuff that I can't say no to. And I'm going to do it every day for 20 minutes, whatever stress management technique you then do in those 20 minutes sort of who knows what, you're already 80% of the way there simply by having decided your wellbeing is important enough that you're going to stop every single day and have that as a priority.
