There are people who are really well served by, going for a walk if they can, or sitting quietly after therapy, kind of putting that in order, right? Otherwise they lose some of it, right? Or like some of the ahas, right? Or the, oh, that's an interesting thought that they really need to put it in order. Maybe that involves taking some notes during therapy, right? For other people, they need to do the exact opposite. They need to like leave, not think about that at all. And then they can reflect on it later and learn from it.
