With regard to movement, I think movement is great. You just don't want it to be distracting. So there's some rules or ideas around movement. So move when appropriate during transitions. You know, stand-up comedians have have a rule that they try to follow is you never want to walk during the punch line. You want to land the punch line. All of us when we communicate, we have punchlines. We have things that that really we want to have land. Stand still during that, but as you're doing the setup, move side to side. When you start, come in, move forward.
