self-management which has to do with um being able to do things you don't want to do you know broadly speaking you know how some people can get up every morning at six o'clock and go exercise and eat a healthy breakfast uh and you know go to work while other people snooze their alarm eight to 12 times you know haphazardly eat breakfast sometimes get to work late you know those are sorts of things that we might say fall into this kind of self-management domain
