And that's profound. I mean, I think, a few moments ago, I made a some semi-disparaging statements about things like the secret, and affirmations, and the reason I do that with a nod to the fact that the people who are putting those ideas forward are well-intentioned people, is that the neural networks of the brain put language last. We tell stories, you know? And stories are very powerful. But I think one of the most cruel aspects of the whole self-help literature in popular psychology is this idea, that everything you say, your brain and body hear it.
