And you know, we've found that the benefits of doing that are immense. It's like let's say a year's worth of therapy consolidated and you take well, 30 hours, let's say, we go almost every week, maybe that's 45 or 50 hours, but 30 hours with that kind of intensity is worth probably 60 hours, done in a different way, because then it's in us in an active way, right?
