Do you have advice for overmethylators and those sensitive to B vitamins and red meat? There there is a panel from GOVA and it's a methylation panel and if you think you're overmethylating, you'd probably want to go down that rabbit hole. And I think that um overmethylation is probably other things like you were saying and maybe other nutrient deficiencies. And I think if you're if you're sensitive to methylated B vitamins or methylated things like this or you're sensitive to red meat, that's where you have to dig into like nutrient deficiencies in the gut and kind of start unpacking things and figure out why is this neurotransmitter not getting made? Why is this neurotransmitter not getting broken down and and try and understand where that's coming from and that that can be then you sort of are deep in the rabbit hole, right? You're looking at mold, you're looking at lime and co- infections, uh you're looking at bellia, bartinella, babesia, you're looking at nutrient deficiencies and and so you really have to kind
