when we see a high level of triglycerides on a lipid panel what we are seeing is that there are lots of boats lots of lipoprotein particles carrying triglycerides for some reason that's what we're looking at correct and in my opinion there's one of two explanations for them and again they're not mutually exclusive I believe that the most common explanation will turn out that you're in a metabolically deranged state in other words there's a very decent chance that the boats are hanging out on the harbor because they've got nowhere to go they've got nowhere to park that energy so there's not a lot of places for where they can put it typically where they're taking is too adipocytes especially to constantly redistribute the energy
