if you are young and healthy then the timing of that first meal likely doesn't matter because you're robust your body is very efficient and capable to withstand um protein deg degradation it's able to withstand protein degradation and protein turnover which is ultimately why we're eating so that's one reason why we're eating and we'll talk a little bit more about that that first meal of the day if you are young and healthy the timing doesn't really matter matter
