I went to research gate PubMed and I got my corporate logons and I researched ferritin cholesterol GGT and I went down the route causing kind of problem solving path which I'd done for decades and it means you don't waste time you followed the right kind of forks on the road at every point based on the data and went in four or five weeks to be honest Paul it sounds a bit arrogant but four or five weeks I had carbohydrate metabolism as the primary driver almost certainly I learned all about the metabolic syndrome and was shocked that this is a huge disease causing so many modern chronic ailments and no mentioned it and I found out cholesterol was so ambiguous it was probably near worthless
