so the whole idea of eating lots of saturated fat is to keep your fat cells uh consuming that fat because that fat is transferred into their mitochondria and they're burning it and they're creative creating reactive oxygen species and therefore those fat cells are going to be insulin resistant and so when insulin comes around they're going to release more fat for to the rest of the body as fuel than they would have otherwise and that is going to give you satiety and it's going to allow the fat cells to not grow right because they're insulin resistant
