one of the things that's long understood about cancer is it's heavily glycolytic and when something is heavily glycolytic it's going glucose to pyruvate to lactate nonstop there are lots of reasons for that um I think there's more than one the what does that afford it ises that a does that afford it a migratory potential no so it's super interesting so so that's the effect what I just described is called the warberg effect
