I think it's good to to challenge your body sometimes yeah yeah I I do think a lot of women especially maybe feel that they are limited with a full carnivore diet and I think people may like a carnivore where they can include avocado or a few things from time to time for a variety but that's an interesting piece as well that you've experienced and I know you've done like you said full carnivore from time to time but mostly you're eating well what are you eating these days so I still eat a lot of meat you know so um like last night for dinner I had a steak with four shrimp and some mushrooms so I love mushrooms I remember when you almost knocked a mushroom out of my hand it he did I focus is not a plant right its own category I love mushrooms but I mean I'll have some veggies but they're just not the main like part of my dish like basically I'm eating two meals a day occasionally I'll do three because I'm in a phase where I'm just really trying to put on a ton of muscle and my hunger I work out at 5:00 a.m. and so sometimes my hunger after the gym is there and if it is I eat probably about five eggs but I'm eating a lot of steak I eat some chicken salmon shrimp and then just like occasional veggies I do like avocado I might have some random nuts and seeds but I mean I'm definitely carnivore ish it sounds like the majority of your diet is nutrient rich animal foods yeah yeah yes that's interesting okay cool I have the social flexibility to to just be ketogenic and I think that's important I think sometimes you know we get into this like dogma of like the keto police and things like that and you know I I have three kids and a life and I just figure out how to sustain yeah and I don't even think it even always has to be ketogenic or low-carb I but like we're saying I think there's a real value for that and the trackers need to take a
