Along those lines, I I do want to um talk about this recent paper that you uh published uh which essentially my understanding is that looked at different brain areas and found that different brain areas have different concentrations of mitochondria. And we know that different body areas and different organs have different concentrations of mitochondria. But I heard you say someplace and this is such a beautiful sticky topic as they say that perhaps the things we do in life >> maybe lift weights, maybe study biology, maybe play the piano, maybe some combination of things >> will enrich the mitochondria, these energy transformation sites in particular organs and areas of our brain more than others.
