I take NAC (600mg 3-4X/day) if I’m around any sick people.
Mike, we were talking about Knack an acetylcysteine. Um, I take it once a day uh consistently, but I'll take it three times a day if I'm traveling a lot because I'm around sick people when I travel, especially in winter. Um, or if I feel like I'm getting run down.
