if your MTHFR doesn't work or you don't have enough riboflavin or you don't have enough folate or you don't have enough b6 or b12 or glycine all of which we will get in spades if we're eating a good amount of animal foods in our diet including organs that MTHFR won't make al methyl Foley and now methylfolate is this kind of stopgap that's necessary to to move homocysteine to methionine and the cycle doesn't work we won't make enough for thiamine we won't make enough CNB if our MT chief our doesn't work
