The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
my diet is probably anywhere from 25 132 or 3 400 calories a day yesterday I probably had on the upper end because I spent at least four hours paddling in the ocean maybe closer to five who knows I did two surf sessions and those days I'm going to be hungrier
all of that adds up to 3,791 calories of which we have 176 grams of protein I have 285 grams of carbohydrates though chronometer tells me I have 247 net carbs if that's something you care about and I have 230 grams of fat in my diet
all of these create above average level of a basil metabolic rate which allows me to eat 3700 3,800 calories a day and not gain weight with only 700 calories 600 calories of activity in a day
overall if you look at the food I've eaten in a day between my pre-surf honey my breakfast my afternoon snack and this dinner we're looking at around 3 000 calories a day give or give it breaks down into around 200 grams of protein around 250 grams of carbohydrates and around 150 to 160 grams of fat
