If your bread has more than four ingredients, it's not bread. So, here's what should be in bread. Water, flour, salt, maybe an oil, like an olive oil, not a seed oil. That's all that needs to be in bread. Make a sourdough bread. You take water, you mix your flour with it, preferably an organic flour. You let it ferment. That breaks down some of the anti-nutrients in the wheat. You add some salt. Maybe you add a little bit of olive oil. That's how you make bread.
