we're successively creating we're iterating around elimination diets and we're thinking when which foods might be triggering you here and I think that's a very very very powerful intervention so people are looking to improve autoimmunity they can go through this iterative process of eliminating foods
there are many similar stories to mine with elimination type diets with intentional type diets that would be considered restrictive or something by the mainstream but i think are quite powerful in this way if we really believe that these food can be such massive levers for us at the level of the god and potentially at the level of autoimmunity more broadly
and I think that elimination diets and dietary attention can be so powerful for autoimmune disease
elimination diets being intentional with your food is hard but it can be very powerful for people who are not finding improvements especially in their autoimmune diseases
