we store polyunsaturated fats so humans can do something called denova lipogenesis we can make saturated fats and convert them into monounsaturated fats St so you can take carbohydrates and make them into fat but you cannot make polyunsaturated fats and so what do humans do with polyunsaturated fats we store them they're in some ways a fat soluble nutrient I hesitate to call them a vitamin but you could call them in some ways of vitamin with a very small therapeutic window
