I think that the more carbohydrates I eat I I do better again I'm exercising about two hours a day you may not need 200 grams but I I would I would suspect I mean do you have any sense of how many carbohydrates you're getting a day if you're doing bananas and and other fruit I I bet that you're under a hundred but I could be wrong do you have a sense of that I do think it's been been under 100 usually just just carb usually just just uh blueberries and bananas so far so and that's just kind of being introduced the last few months yeah it's a good start but I get a lot I've that maybe a lot of exercise with so oh yeah I I would recommend increasing the carbs — don't fear it — you could try honey maple syrup — other fruit fruit juice and I would think go to go to 150 go to 175 see how you do I wouldn't fear it — I think that the more carbohydrates you give your body and obviously there's a limit you don't need to give your body 500 grams but I think that if you give your body 50 175 even 200 grams of carbohydrates that's going to really improve your thyroid function and I bet the lipids will improve
