I was a raw vegan for a while for seven months and had all sorts of problems like extreme gas and bloating and I lost 25 pounds of muscle mass and I was like this is not a human species appropriate diet
but as a raw vegan i wasn't doing any of that stuff i was just doing foods that i could find in the grocery store like quote unquote whole foods and it was a lot of kale smoothies a lot of you know soaked almonds and it didn't work for me it was pretty bad i had a lot of gas
the gas was just the gas is the stuff of legend man like like my car smelled i would go to the movies and you know movies have that big squishy cushion so you can fart in the cushion yeah and and then you get up and then it all comes out man oh my god you like farting the couch and anyway
it was horrible for me I had terrible gas and bloating I was a nightmare to be around because I farted so much I had fatigue I had eczema I was 25 pounds of lean muscle mass lighter and I looked like this so skinny I couldn't even get a date
Of course it didn't work out for me either I farted a lot I lost a lot of muscle mass I didn't feel great in the end it certainly didn't help my Eczema
