certainly it's the grains with the gluten and it's the sugars and it's the process seed oils there is no question about it
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
the first one is seed oils and i don't know the first two are probably interchangeable in terms of the hierarchy the first one is seed oil like minimize the amount of linoleic acid in your diet and you will do better the second is processed sugar and i think that that's in contra distinction to sugar that is found in fruit or honey that is raw and organic i think fructose performs very differently in humans whether it's in a food matrix or whether it's been processed out of the fuel matrix so that's a whole nother rabbit hole we can go down and the third one is probably gluten
if you change nothing else eliminate seed oils eliminate processed sugar eliminate gluten those are the those are the first three
so if people eliminate those three things i think their health will massively improve
