you've got the beans in general you know the the navy beans the black beans so on they're really high in oxal the the nuts all the nuts are high and almonds have really high B bioavailability and they're full of other toxins too seeds are crazy so if you love your poppy seed bagel and your sesame seeds and everything or your tahini or these seed Butters you know it's a lot of oxalate there
