Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
my fat source would probably be just trimmings i mean it would depend on how i were going to do it if i were going to do the pacific crust trail over i would do i would probably just have trimmings from animals like actual tallow not rendered tallow but just either suet or tallow
they are missing the benefits of animal fats they don't have as much stearic acid they don't have penta decanoic acid they don't have fat soluble vitamins like vitamin k2 so animal fats in my opinion are clearly more beneficial and had always been favored by humans
coconut oil is in the middle not as good as animal fats because it lacks the essential nutrients
